To be a great sales consultant, you must be digitally savvy and able to speak to anyone, anytime, anywhere.  Our sales team averages 15 vehicles/person/month.

Training is conducted online, in the classroom, and on-the-job. Both General Motors and Toyota have ongoing certification programs. We believe in giving everyone the same great education, so training happens routinely. However, individuals intent on becoming a leading sales professional continue to self-educate.

While selling vehicles is rewarding and satisfying, some wish to progress into management. Those careers are:

Ernst Auto Group does not believe in a commission-only sales plan. The industry has changed and so have we. Ernst is in need of professionals to meet the demands of today’s customer. Therefore, our compensation plan is a combination of a salary and bonus structure. The average Sales Consultant earns $64,000 a year. However, the range is from $30,000 to over $100,000. A Sales Consultant has an unlimited earning potential, driven by the effort put into the career.
